How to use your Marinade.

Place the food to be marinated in a resealable bag, bowl or shallow dish.

NOTE: do not marinate in metal containers, acidic mixture can react with metal.

Pour the marinade over the food and place in the fridge.

Marinating times vary depending on food, for example:

• Poultry: 1 hour maximum
• Seafood: 15 to 20 minutes
• Red meats: 2+ hours or overnight
